Multi-Int Analysis

Dark Wolf works closely with the Department of Defense and national security agencies to support high-priority intelligence missions. We bring together technical expertise and regional understanding to deliver accurate, timely intelligence to warfighters and decision-makers. Our strength lies in multi-INT analysis, integrating both classified sources and open-source data to identify patterns and inform critical decisions and achieve mission success. Our teams excel at combining customer-furnished tools with Dark Wolf’s proprietary capabilities and technologies, such as Ghost Machine, Kid Icarus, and TraceHunter to deliver tailored, mission-ready solutions.

Electronic Warfare

Dark Wolf provides EW support in three primary domains. First, our work with mobile devices (such as our Android Security Research Playbook) provides EW analytics for cellular exploitation (CELLEX) and digital media exploitation (DOMEX). Second, our experience with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) has driven autonomous vehicle software security enhancements, including real-world adversary exploitation simulations and firmware integrity research. As part of this work, we have conducted classified testing of tactical vehicle systems, securing embedded communications, sensor networks, and GPS-based navigation modules. Third, our work with UAS platforms, including our Drone Wolf Playbook. Dark Wolf serves as the lead cyber assessor for DIU, providing end-to-end security testing for tactical and commercial drones, where we have performed remote exploitation of proprietary drone communication protocols, leading to DoD-wide improvements in drone security standards.

AI-Enabled Intel Analysis

We deliver intelligence analysis at massive scale using AI-enabled toolkits to extract, transform, and load data; perform triage on the data; visualize the data; distribute the data; and securely store and retrieve the data. This includes use of Dark Wolf accelerators like mAIdas, Velocity File System (VFS), and Mindsight to quickly evaluate new data, analyze those data, and distribute the resulting intelligence to mission users.

Streaming RF Data Capture

We provide our customers with streaming RF capture solutions, including our own RackTop BrickStor High-Speed Data Recorder Network (HDR-N), which is a software-defined technology stack that leverages off-the-shelf hardware with Gen5 NVMe storage and is flexible enough to function from the tactical edge to the datacenter. The solutions support high-speed Ethernet connectivity with security, and a unique scale-out design that supports the aggregation of multiple data recorders into a single, logical recording system for recording and playback of any network radio frequency (RF) signal, including ultra-wideband RF signals over Ethernet, at extreme speed and with lossless integrity. Use cases include Radar recording and playback, wideband RF recording and playback, EW and SIGINT including capture and replay of complex RF scenarios to train systems and refine algorithms, telecommunications and satellite allowing us to validate signals end-to-end with precise record and playback, and Cyber mission forces threat hunting with advanced analytics against recorded data.
